About Us

We are named after the former Mariposa Township, which became part of the City of Kawartha Lakes after amalgamation. Our centre consists of 2 arenas in the towns of Little Britain and Oakwood. We are located approximately 10 minutes west of Lindsay, Ontario. We are an OMHA "C" centre.

Formed in 1993 by the merger of two smaller centres, Little Britain and Oakwood, our OMHA teams play in the Victoria Durham league. Our local league teams play in the 3-County league.

We have enjoyed moderate success throughout the years. The following teams have captured their respective OMHA championships:

On top of our championship titles, we have had numerous teams advance to the OMHA finals.
