GRAVENHURST TOURNAMENT CHAMPS!

Just wanted to congratulate our Novice Rep team for winning the Gravenhurst tournament!  We got a win against Coldwater on Friday and a win against Hanover on Saturday.  Our last round robin game on Sunday morning was against Georgian Shores.  They took a one goal lead but, our guys pulled out a 2-1 win!  In the semis we played Georgian Shores again, starting the same way with us coming back with a 2-1 win to go to the finals.  We were up on Baltimore 3-0 mid-way through the 2^nd period but, Baltimore scored their first goal with 1:44 left in that period making it 3-1.  They kept coming and with 6:42 left in the 3^rd they got their 2^nd goal.   When that goal went in, the team buckled down for the rest of the game and Brody (our goalie) was lights out for the guys to gut out a 3-2 win to take the championship game!  Congratulations boys and thanks to the parents for a great tournament!  Looking forward to the rest of the season!  Our line up includes: Brody Bovair, Everhett Graham, Ryan Marquis, Jaxon Gill, Everitt Corneil, Ben Vokins, Austin How, Spencer Quibell, Kieran Church, Jacob Salazar, Kenny Redmond, Andrew Wilimek and Sean Hadfield.
